The new series Low Cost RTUs will satisfy the needs for collecting and processing field data. We were able to utilize the latest digital technology to reduce cost and not performance. It is a distributed solution based on RS485 physical communication. The protocol of choice is ModBus Binary. The controllers could be used as an IO expansion or as building blocks for a complete turn key system. You select the number of points needed and their types. Currently, we have High Accuracy Analog, Optically Isolated Status, Form 2C Relay, 2 Isolated 16 bit DAC Output Channels, 4 Accumulator Channels, Instrumentation Interface, Gx Modbus Scanner, a 2 X 16 LCD Display and our new Power Controller.
